Imitating Christ comes from Ephesians 5:1-13

"Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.

But immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints; and there must be no filthiness and silly talk, or coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know with certainty, that no immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God."

Impurity nor greed, nor immorality
Should ever, ever be in our walk
No speech that is perverse, nor coarse and hurtful words
Should evermore be heard when we talk

As the children of God, we must walk in love
As Jesus loved, giving His life, dying for us
As the children of Light, we must sacrifice
Giving our lives, fighting the fight, dying for Christ, dying for Christ

No words that may deceive, nor dark unfruitful deeds
Should ever, ever be in our lives
All things will be exposed, All secrets will be known
The dark is overcome by the Light

We are imitators of our God
Living now as children of the Light
Learning what is pleasing to our Lord
Striving now to live like Jesus Christ
