Chosen and Predestined comes from Ephesians 1:1-14.

"He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved."

We were chosen and predestined by Your mercy, love, and grace
For adoption as your children, long before the world was made
Our salvation has been given through the blood of Jesus Christ
His redemption and forgiveness makes us holy in His sight

We sing glory Hallelujah by His mercy we are saved
For apart from any merit we were chosen by His grace
Now all glory, praise and honor will be given to His Name
By the love of God His children have been saved

We have heard the word of Truth and we believe in Jesus Christ
We have followed and will follow through this battle known as life
God secures us and preserves us by His Spirit we are sealed
Holding fast to all His children, by the counsel of His will

Blessed be the God and Father of our Savior Jesus Christ
God the source of all our blessings now in heaven and in life
Our inheritance is certain, our reward is foreordained
So we stand upon the promises, Your faithful Word proclaims
